Doug Collins

In 2020, Doug co-founded the Young Commercial Real-Estate Advancement Network (YCRAN), a non-profit organization formed to help promote young brokerage in San Antonio. Since inception, YCRAN has grown to be a 300+ member organization by utilizing its front line education and networking. He currently holds a position as the Director of Education for the 2023 year.

Doug Collins began his real estate career after graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development. He continues to be an active mentor for the UTSA REFD Cap Stone program, and is now working with his 7th team since graduating from the program.

As a Commercial Director at KW Commercial, Doug is accomplished in servicing and sourcing Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenant representation assignments for retail and industrial assets on a national scale. He also has experience in national franchise representation for over 50 different credit brands. Doug utilizes his finance background to provide value to his clients and has participated in over 100K square feet of investment sales transactions since 2019 across multiple asset types, and has closed over $110M in sales since entering the industry.

Doug is the Founder of Capstone CRE, a 2022 commercial real estate LLC that provides development, financial, analytical, and brokerage consulting services.

Doug is a CCIM affiliate, and a CREW San Antonio Committee member.
He is known for his work ethic, his ability to maximize value, and his strong networking capabilities. In his free time, he enjoys writing and producing music, traveling, and being active in the Real Estate community.
