Co-Founder of YCRAN | Director of Sponsorship | Director of Programs

In the summer of  2020, Isaac co-founded the Young Commercial Real-Estate Advancement Network (YCRAN), a non-profit organization formed to help promote young brokerage in San Antonio. Since inception, YCRAN has grown to be a 300+ member organization utilizing its front line education and networking. He currently holds the positions of Director of Sponsorship and Director of Programs for the 2023 year.

Isaac Esteves began his real estate career after graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Development. He has remained an active participant in the senior capstone development program, as a mock and panel judge.

Isaac launched into his commercial brokerage career in 2017 as a Landlord and Tenant representative. He transacted every asset type while focusing in retail leasing and land disposition. Isaac also managed 100k squarefeet of commercial office properties.

In March of 2021 Isaac entered the founding team of Risource, a Proptech startup focused on creating a peer-to-peer platform for commercial real estate brokers.

Isaac is currently focusing on the future and growth of YCRAN and other commercial real estate partnerships. When he gets a moment to himself he enjoys playing music and exploring the latest coffee shop.☕️🎸
